Eligibility & Scope

You must be 18+ and legally permitted to access sports analytics and prediction content in your jurisdiction.
TensorOdds provides AI-powered prop bet predictions only—no gambling or wagering occurs within the app.
Service is currently US-only via geofencing; international availability may expand with regulatory approval.
Account access is personal and non-transferable. Commercial or enterprise use requires separate agreement.

Account Responsibilities

Maintain security of your authentication credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security concerns.
Do not circumvent authentication, rate limits, geofencing, or other security controls.
You are responsible for all activity and chat interactions conducted through your account.

Acceptable Use

No scraping, reverse engineering, automated harvesting, or unauthorized data extraction from the platform.
Do not resell, redistribute, or commercialize AI predictions or quantum simulation outputs without permission.
Do not use predictions to violate sportsbook terms, enable unlawful wagering, or build competing products.
We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts for abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.

Predictions & Disclaimers

AI predictions use quantum mechanics (Grover's algorithm) and player statistics—outputs are probabilistic, not guarantees.
Past performance and historical accuracy do not ensure future prediction outcomes.
TensorOdds provides analytics only, not financial, investment, or gambling advice. All use is at your own risk.
Service availability not guaranteed; planned maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur.

Billing & Subscriptions

Subscription tiers billed according to the pricing page; payments processed securely through our payment provider.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in promotional offers.
Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension or downgrade to free tier.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

Data & Privacy

Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Protocol, including chat history for contextual predictions.
Player statistics used in simulations are sourced from publicly available data—no personal information required.
Do not submit protected health information, sensitive personal data, or confidential information in chat.
Feedback, feature suggestions, and improvement ideas may be used to enhance the service without compensation.

Liability & Indemnity

Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI predictions are informational and not guaranteed accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TensorOdds liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the past 12 months.
You indemnify TensorOdds against claims arising from misuse, violations of these terms, or unlawful use of predictions.
Some jurisdictions limit liability waivers; your statutory rights may override certain limitations.
