Data We Collect Account data: email address, authentication credentials, and subscription tier. Chat interactions: messages, queries, and AI-generated predictions to provide personalized prop bet analysis. Player statistics data: publicly available player season stats used in quantum simulation algorithms (not personal data). Usage metadata: chat session details, feature usage patterns, AI tool invocations, and performance metrics. Network signals: IP address, inferred region, device and browser fingerprints for geofencing and fraud prevention. Billing data: payment method and transaction details processed by our payment provider; full card numbers are never stored by us. How We Use Data Deliver AI-powered prop bet predictions using quantum mechanics simulations (Grover's algorithm) on player statistics. Maintain chat history to provide contextual, personalized prediction analysis through streaming AI responses. Improve AI model accuracy and simulation performance through aggregated usage analytics. Enforce US-only access, rate limits, and security measures through geofencing and anomaly detection. Process subscription billing, manage account access tiers, and handle service-related communications. Sharing & Processors We use trusted third-party providers for AI services, cloud hosting, database storage, authentication, and payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed. We never sell personal data, chat histories, or predictions to third parties or data brokers. Legal disclosures only when required by law, to protect rights, or prevent fraud. Cookies & Storage Authentication cookies maintain your session and secure access to your chat history and predictions. First-party analytics use local storage and request headers; browser settings can limit tracking. Chat state and preferences stored client-side for improved performance and user experience. Disabling cookies will prevent sign-in and may limit access to personalized prediction features. Retention & Security Chat histories and predictions retained while your account is active to maintain conversation context. Database backups have defined retention windows; data purged when no longer needed. All connections encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; database access limited by role and audited. Player statistics sourced from publicly available data; no sensitive personal information processed in simulations. Your Choices Request account deletion including all chat histories and predictions, subject to legal retention requirements. Opt out of non-essential product emails; critical service notices (outages, security) may still be sent. Contact us to review, correct, or export your account information and chat history. Compliance Notes TensorOdds provides prediction analytics only—no gambling, wagering, or financial transactions occur in the app. Service currently available only in the United States; access restricted in other jurisdictions via geofencing. Do not submit protected health information, regulated personal data, or sensitive information in chat.
